She is survived by: her daughters, Layne Whitaker (Thomas), Leigh Couvillon (Jeff Warren) and Kaye Melancon (Ken); her grandchildren, Matthew Whitaker, Kevin Fournet, Alison Melancon and Paige Melancon; and her great grandchild Aftyn Whitaker.
