He was predeceased by: his father Alton H. McKey, Sr.; his wives, Donna M. McKey and Pamela T. McKey; his granddaughter Brooke Lyn Peterson; and his brother Charles Dale McKey.
He is survived by: his mother Betty Peavy McKey; his children, Robbie McKey (Cinnamon) and Christina Peterson (Chet); his stepson Brandon Bourgeois (Leigh Ann); his grandchildren, Maci McKey, Abby McKey, Laine Peterson, Blaire Peterson, Collin Peterson, Ian Rodehorst, Ella Rodehorst, Abbi Rodehorst, Luke Bourgeois and Jack Bourgeois; and his siblings, Alton H. McKey, Jr. (Karen) and Sherri Cambre (Darryl).
