He was predeceased by : his mother Kathryn Simmons Johnson; his wife Linda Stephens Johnson; and his siblings-in-law, Mona Stephens Shaw, Ronnie Stephens and John Shaw.

He is survived by : his father George H. Johnson; his children, Scott (Karli), Erin Johnson Lievens (Paige) and Laura Johnson Monteilh (Paul); his grandchildren, Murphy, Cecile and Rose Johnson; and his children, Tanner Wilson, Stella, Remy Lievens and Katherine Monteilh. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, and countless friends.
