He was predeceased by: his parents, Berton Guidry and Jeanette Guidry of Bunkie, Louisiana.. He is survived by: his children, Jack Guidry (Lacy), Scot Guidry (Sandy) and Angie Galatas (Joe); his siblings, Jennifer Campbell (Johnny), Catherine Macmurdo and Dexter Guidry (Margie); and his wife Dianne Cochran Guidry. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the LSU Burden Museum and Gardens in his honor.
