It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harrold Hansel Austin (Baton Rouge, Louisiana), born in Pineville, Louisiana, who passed away on July 25, 2019, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his son Jonathan Sibley Austin; his parents, Hansel Austin and Lizadee Austin; and his brother Don Larry Austin. He is survived by: his pet Nyla; his wife Debbie Austin (Contois); his children, Amy Rochelle Austin Mason, Sarah Elaine Austin, Katie Marie Austin and Steven Harrold Austin (Jessica Denise Austin); his grandchildren, Haley Rochelle Mason, Aaliyah Marie Payne, Brayden Lucas Payne and Wyatt Austin Wiechman; his great grandchild Jax Mason Gilmer; his brothers, Arnold Ray Austin (Elaine) and Huey Hines Austin; and his siblings-in-law, Rosie Austin, Rayne Chiles (John) and Paul Contois.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the FUMC Church Youth Scholarship Fund.
