He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Brock George and Alton Parker George; and his siblings, Peter Brock George and Connie George Bushnell. He is survived by: his wife Judith Arnette George; his sons, James Alton George, Jr. and Gregory Brock George; his granddaughters, Darla and Lila Cooper; and his sister Carol. He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
