He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter E. Ward of Dundee, MS and Jean Larkin Ward of Memphis, TN.. He is survived by: his daughter Gina Alexandra Ward; his sister Fontayne Nelson; his nephew Connor Nelson (Paige); his sister Celeste Chargois (Ned Chargois); his niece Laura Chargois Domingue; his godchildren, Hunter and Savannah Erie; and his girlfriend Kristi Cook.
