Jack (Krystin); her great grandchildren, Jeremy Jack, Azaria Jack, Riyon Jack, Avery Jack Jr., Aaron Jack (Jalisa), Angel Jack, Anthony Jack, Adrian Jack, Jacob Jack, Joshua Jack, Adria Jackson, Nathan Hampton and Carter Jack; and her great great grandchild Dallas.
