She was predeceased by: her parents, Vito "Bill" Locricchio and Grace Locricchio; her brothers, Anthony, Matt and Leo; her husband Dr. Fred J. Impastato; and her son Vito A. Impastato.
She is survived by: her children, James, Phyllis, Peter, Grace and Mary Jo; and her sister Sandra Madonia. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
