He was predeceased by: his parents, Claybert Belle and Janet Belle; his brother Ludwig Belle; his brother-in-law Mitchell Peal; and his niece Melissa Bailey.
He is survived by: his wife Debra; his daughters, Robyn (Cindy) and Lauren Foy (Quincey); his granddaughter Ruby Foy; his siblings, Jana Peal and Jack Belle; and his nieces and nephews, Tuesdai Miller, Tamron Allen, Justin Peal, Stephan Belle and Stevie McCrory.
