He was predeceased by: his parents, John E. Archer, Sr. and Olivia Louise Archer (Hughs); his sister Glenney Archer; and his grandson Kolton Kepper. He is survived by: his children, John E. "Ned" Fasullo (Amy), Amy Sobert (Todd), Amber Kepper Amanda (Gary Tuers) and Mary Katherine (Archer); the mother of his children Kathleen; and his close friend Donna Lahners. He is also survived by twenty grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, November 1st 2026 from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Café American (7521 Jefferson Hwy, Baton Rouge, LA 70806).
