He was predeceased by: his brother Thomas Miller; his father Ralph T. Miller; and his grandparents, Alfreda Smith and Ralph A. Miller. He is survived by: his wife Kayla Miller; his daughter Mae Ivy; his mother Joan Smith; his siblings, Steven Miller (Julia), Elizabeth McComb (Michael), Katherine Miller and Joseph Miller; his grandfather John Smith; his in-laws, Suzanne and Brent Campbell; his brothers-in-law, Brent Michael Campbell (Erica) and Philip Campbell (Claudia); his nephew Lincoln Campbell; and his nieces, Lily Campbell and Elaina Miller. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and dear friends.
