She was predeceased by: her father William Blough, Sr.; her grandparents, Betty Bell Blough, Sheldon E. Blough, Dorothy Fye and Wellington Fye; her brothers, Brian Jaye Blough and William Martin Blough, Jr.; her great-nephew Zachary Joel Gamino; and her great-niece Hannah Grace Gamino.
She is survived by: her husband Thomas W. Forbes; her daughters, Chloe Marlene Forbes and Abigail Louise Forbes; her mother Dorothy Fye Blough; her siblings, Kim Seal (Ronnie Seal) and Jeff Blough; her father-in-law Rodney Dexter Cockerham; and her sisters-in-law, Toni Freeman, Regina Blough, Marie Cockerham Boyte (Joe Boyte), Lilly Farrar (Billy Farrar) and Genie Brister. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
