He is survived by: his former wife Christiana Nickens; his daughters, Destany Fitzgerald, Casandra Saxon and Hannah Pourciau; his siblings, Beverly Caldwell, James Thompson and Steven Nickens; and his friends, Chance Gandolfo, Scott Hudson, Steven Hudson and David Fowler. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
