He is survived by: his mother Paula Graham Carbo; his grandmother Gail Graham; his sons, Ethan and Carson Green; the parent of his children Lindsey Shultz; his siblings, Jennifer McDaniel (Mike), Melissa Williams (Justin), Jason Green (Catherine), Jackson Green (Joanna) and Corbin Green; his nieces and nephews, Sydney, Taryn, Krysta, Kaylee, Chase, Parker, Cooper, Townes and Shelby; and his aunts, Rhonda Graham, Delia Graves (Timmy), Bly McCool (John Henry), Millie Boswell and Sue Granite.
