It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael J. Vince (Baton Rouge, Louisiana), who passed away on July 25, 2025, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Michael J. Vince to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Pete Vince and Mary Lamana Vince; his sister Josie Michelli; and his grandson Marshall R. Vince. He is survived by: his brothers, Gerald Vince (Tammy), Ronnie Vince (Debbie) and Donnie Vince; his sons, Michael D. Vince (Mary Kay), Keith J. Vince (Darla) and Duane M. Vince (Trudy); his grandchildren, Matthew Vince (Amanda), Kyle Vince (Hudson), Steven Vince (Mary), Aimee Vince, Joshua Vince and Dakota Vince; and his great grandchildren, Alexander Vince and Nicholas Vince. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Alphonsus Catholic Church (14040 Greenwell Springs Rd, Greenwell Springs, LA 70739). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that you make a donation in Mike's name to either St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or to the St. Alphonsus Catholic School.
