Ballard; her children, Jeremy Ballard (Leslie), Ryan Ballard and Allison Meyers (Jeremy); her grandchildren, Lucy, Emme Ballard, Arabella, Annette and Ellison Meyers; her siblings, Janis Ferrara and Russell Ferrara (Missy); and her sister-in-law Darnelle Ferrara.
