With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Neal Earl Daves of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, who passed away on March 22, 2024 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, B. E. Durnin (Doris Daves) and Hazel Taylor Durnin (Winston); his siblings, Gloria "Jean" Daves Lehman and William "Billy" Zumbro (Carol); his nephew Keith Scott; and his niece Mallory Everett.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Aaron Daves; his sister Wanda "Dee" Everett (David); his daughters, Paula Dupuy (Christopher) and Carla Ambrose (Haney); his grandchildren, Ronald "Ronnie" Daren Eppinett (Kristina Yott), Summer Day (Robert), Drae Ambrose, Aaron "Bryce" and Presley Dupuy; and his great grandchildren, Liam "Ryder", Samara Eppinett and Hunter Lane Day.
