He is survived by: his wife Terri Carpenter Kusske; his children, Joshua, Anthony and Mikkayla Kusske; and his siblings, Theresa Sue Kusske, Elizabeth Antonio Kusske (Liz), Margaret Mary Kusske (Maggie) and Victor Michael Kusske (Vic).
