We are sad to announce that on May 10, 2026, at the age of 58, Phillip Elyea of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, born in Red Bank, New Jersey passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother Gweneth Elyea; and his nephew Michael Kosanovich. He is survived by: his father Kenneth Elyea; his wife Joyce; his siblings, Michael Elyea (Andrea) and Joyce Kosanovich; and his friends, Luis Oliveria and Terri Jakubowski.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 3rd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Home For Funerals (237 Bordentown Ave, South Amboy, NJ 08879). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, June 3rd 2026 at 5:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Mary's Food Pantry, 256 Augusta Street, South Amboy, NJ 08879.
