He is survived by: his wife Annette Penn; his sons, Nathaniel Goza Sr. (Shondrika) of Gonzales and Jeffery Gaza of Baton Rouge, Louisiana; his grandchildren, Nathaniel Goza II, Takiyah Penn and Jalayah Goza; his great grandchildren, Nathaniel Goza III and Isaac Clarkston; his siblings, Lavina Penn of Haywood, Rencea Chatman (Michael) of Sorrento, Louisiana and Lionel Penn (Debra) of Gonzales, Louisiana; his aunt Maude Moses of Prairieville, Louisiana; his uncle Robert Irving of Prairieville, Louisiana.; his mother-in-law Mary Goza; his siblings-in-law, John, Michael Goza, Maria Fisher, Melissa Wilkino, Angelina Varise and Jacquelyn Varise; and his godchildren, Martina Goza and John Goza III.
