He was predeceased by: his father James Farmer, Sr.; and his brothers, Kenny Farmer (Millie) and James Farmer, Jr. (LaDale). He is survived by: his wife Dinea Himel Farmer; his sons, Collin Farmer (Alex) and Jourdan Farmer (Katie); his grandsons, Grayson and Blaine Farmer; his mother Betty Jo Farmer; and his sister Suzie Reckert (Tom).
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First United Methodist Church (930 North Blvd, Baton Rouge, LA 70802). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Memories Cemetery (3658 W Main St, Gray, LA 70359).
