He was predeceased by: his parents, Sibert Price and Genevieve Price (Jean Allen Price) of Osyka, Mississippi.; his wife Jean; his granddaughter Sarah Padgett Price; and his great grandchildren, Elizabeth Munroe Price and Hazel Jean Schmidt.
He is survived by: his children, Richard Allen Price (Anne Whittemore Price), David Stuart Price (Patricia Hopkins-Price) and Deborah Lynn Dyess (Scott Dyess); his brother Nelson Lynn Price of Marietta, GA; his grandchildren, Mary Beth Price, Rebecca Price Fletcher, Jonathan Davis Price, Julia Crawford Ortiz, Genevieve Holland Marrette Schmidt, Mattie Crawford Dyess and Lacey Ellen Dyess; and his great grandchildren, Ali Price Kessler, Micah Price, Abigail Price, Caleb Kessler, Jaxon Fletcher, Liam Fletcher, Beckett Fletcher, Griffin Fletcher, Isabel Wilson, Charlotte Price, Benjamin Price, Emersyn Schmidt and Adilynn Shockley.
