With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Rose Polito Wooden (Baton Rouge, Louisiana), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. Philip Bernard Polito and Esther Sansone Polito; her sister Faith Barfield; her brother-in-law A. J. "Johnny" Barfield; her sister Donna Parker; and her brothers-in-law, W. A. "Tony" Parker Sr. and T. C. "Terry" McCullough, III.
She is survived by: her siblings, Phyllis Greenblatt (Hoyt), Gloria Schexnayder (Glenn Schexnayder) and Philip Polito (Ann); and her nieces and nephews, Debbie Brower (Dwight), Pam Crane (Charlie), Jennifer Lauterbach (Kenny), Tony Parker (Liz), Leslie Parker, Clint McCullough (Bethany), Courtney Moss (Ben), Austin McCullough (Katherine), Ashley Fisher (Ben) and Blaise Polito (Saskia). She is also survived by cousins but gladly became her travel companions.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to St. Joseph's Academy and Hospice of Baton Rouge.
