She is survived by: her husband Bill Menke; her children, Marsha Menke Hinze, Molly Menke Rose and Thomas Joseph Menke; her grandchildren, Ryan, Carys and Rhys Hinze; her children, Ardan Rose, Jax and Sadie Menke; her brother George Daniel Shaunnessy; her sibling's children, Dan, Ellen Shaunnessy and Katie Brenner; and her extended family, Kris, Lisa, Alex and Amy Dunn.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 28th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. George Catholic Church (7880 St George Dr, Baton Rouge, LA 70836). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, February 28th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
