He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam C. Barbera, Sr. and Mamie Tramonte Barbera; his son Sam C. Barbera III; and his parents-in-law, Stephen and Emily Fertitta.
He is survived by: his wife Frances Fertitta Barbera; his daughter Stephanie LeJeune; his son-in-law Geoffery LeJeune; his grandchildren, Preston LeJeune, Vincent LeJeune and Frances LeJeune; his daughter-in-law Tracey Barbera; his brother-in-law Stephen E. Fertitta; and his siblings, Judge Jerome Barbera (Judy), Jay Barbera (Debbie), David Barbera (Katie), Tina Harvey (Sam) and Danny Barbera (Connie).
