He was predeceased by : his father Donald Chapman; his wife Shannon Chapman; his son Jade Fuselier; his mother Priscilla Marcantel Tate; his stepfather Ray Tate; and his sister Shaney Morein.
He is survived by : his children, Jenna Douzart (Dillon) of Mamou, Joni Chapman (Zayde Soileau) of Eunice and Brent Chapman (Allie) of Lake Arthur; his brothers, Brook Chapman of Mamou and Eric Chapman of Beaumont, TX; and his grandchildren, Mollie Chapman, Caiden Chapman, Acyn Soileau, Stormi Douzart, Maylee Soileau, Cameron Chapman and Collin Chapman.
