He was predeceased by: his wife Susan Cazedessus Fourrier; his parents, Lawrence Fourrier (Larry) and Carmen Hebert Fourrier; and his in-laws, Eugene and Virginia Culpepper Cazedessus.

He is survived by: his children, Peter and Susan Fourrier; his grandchildren, Whitney, Amanda and Kaitlin; his son Gregory Fourrier; his grandchildren, Madeline, Gabrielle, Amelia and MaKali; his children, Jonathan and Rebecca Fourrier; his grandchildren, Benjamin and Sarah Kathryn; his daughter Stephanie Fourrier Fontaine; his granddaughter Katherine; and his brothers, Andre Fourrier and Michel (Karen Fourrier).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Pointe Coupee Home Health and Hospice in gratitude for their compassionate care.
