He is survived by: his former wife Nancy Smith; his sons, Andrew Smith and Daniel Myers (Emily Myers); his brother Scott Smith (Kristi); and his extended family, Jason Smith, Matthew Smith (Emilee), Cash Smith, Jack Smith, Mallory Richard, Alaina Richard-Brooker of Madeleine Richard, MD, Cade Sanchez, Chad Sanchez, Adelaide Richard, Gus Richard, Ryan Richard, Jr. and Leighton Richard.
