He is survived by: his wife Debbie Buffington; his sons, Thomas J. Buffington III (Cindy) and Anthony David Buffington (Tiffany); and his sister Joann Buffington Naquin (Freddy). He is also survived by grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Lanier Baptist Church (4851 Lanier Dr, Baton Rouge, LA 70812). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
