Thomas Jay Spradley Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Thomas Jay Spradley (Baton Rouge, Louisiana), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 30, 2025 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ples Spradley and Mary Smith Spradley; and his brother Jimmy Spradley. He is survived by: his wife Linda Spradley; his children, Jennifer, Scott (Annie Spradley), Jonathan (Gabby Villemarette) and Matthew (Kristel Spradley); his grandchildren, Summer, Tommy, Jay and Marley; and his brother Mark Spradley (Laura Spradley).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First United Methodist Church (930 North Blvd, Baton Rouge, LA 70802). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Boys and Girls Club of Baton Rouge would be appreciated.
