It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Virginia Records of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, born in Newark, Delaware, who passed away on April 1, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Fletcher Thornton and Mary Anna Tweed; her husband William C. Records (Bill); and her sister Bertha Jane Thornton. She is survived by: her children, Robin L. Brown (Jeff), Bill Records (Ann Marie), James Fletch Records (Debbie) and Gail L. Records-Jennings (Steve). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
