He is survived by: his children, Gregory Stuart Forrest (Antionette), Christopher Neil and Aimee Jeneal Forrest; his grandchildren, Taylor Geannine Forrest, Michal Ashley Graves, Jordan Sakura Forrest, Anna Grace Forrest, Gregory Tyson Forrest, Aman Quentin Forrest, Zaire Jean-Patrick Forrest, Khadijah Christina Butler and Melanie Anjohnette Murphy; and his great grandchild Kai Lee Milstred.
