It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Windom A Phillips II (Baton Rouge, Louisiana), who passed away on August 22, 2025, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his sisters, Faith Winston and Patsy Hamberlin. He is survived by: his wife Pat Phillips; his children, Missy Phillips Day (Mike) of Baton Rouge and Andy Phillips (Robin) of Katy Texas; his grandchildren, Sam, Ben, Amelia Day of Baton Rouge, Grayson and Addison Phillips of Katy; and his brother Farley Phillips. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
