He was predeceased by: his parents, E. J. Rogers and Ollie Matherne Rogers; his sister Dianne Labit (Ralph); his sisters-in-law, Catherine Dufrene (Coral) and Betty Comardelle (Gary); his in-laws, Richard, Sr. and Irene Hoffpauir Bunch; and his sibling's children, John Labit and Rhonda Dufrene.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Bunch Rogers; his daughter Kelly DeHart (Jake); his grandchildren, Taylor DeHart (Nathan Bergeron), Addison DeHart and Shelby DeHart; his great grandchildren, Harper Bergeron and Myles Bergeron; his sisters, Judy Authement (late Alton) and Cheryl Henry (Harvey, Jr.); and his siblings-in-law, Alice Browning (late Bob), Linda Sherer (Ronald) and Richard Bunch, Jr. (Dollie). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Houma First United Methodist Church (6109 LA-311, Houma, LA 70360). A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
