He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Edward "Bud" Rushing and Theresa Marie Gautreaux Rushing; and his siblings, Wayne Carl Rushing, John Patrick Rushing and Lisa Rae Rushing Callahan.
He is survived by: his children, Kyle Micheal Rushing and Jenny Michelle Rushing; his grandchildren, Brendin Micah Rushing and Alayna Jade Hill; his sister Melanie Rushing Rodrigue (Ricky); and his pet Cabacas. He is also survived by 5 nephews.
A graveside service was held on Monday, September 9th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Southdown Cemetery.
