He is survived by: his children, Timothy Q. Parker (Alethia), Norbert L. Allen (Leslie) and Capella Young-Mayo Darryl; his brother Herbert Parker; his grandchildren, Kyra Parker, JuVrelle Smart, Ka'Ron Allen, Norbert L. Allen Jr., CoCo Williams, Davon Young and Todrel Young; his nieces, Yvette Payne (Ferdinand) and Yolanda Phoenix; his nephew Donald Edgerson (Angel); and his friends, James Howard and Lorraine Mitchell. He is also survived by great nieces and great nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
