It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lawanda MacKey (Belle Chasse, Louisiana), who passed away on January 10, 2021, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Felton Sr. Pinkins and Juanita Pinkins; and her brothers, Felton Jr. and Delwin Pinkins Sr.. She is survived by: her husband Karl Everett Mackey Sr.; her children, Monisha, Karl Jr. and Tamara; her grandchildren, Kayla, Cameron, Kay, Kaden, Keyser and Kailani; her siblings, Elwin Pinkins (Betty), Jason Pinkins (Wanda), Verna Robertson and Lydia Smith; her sister-in-law Janet Pinkins (late Felton); her niece Yolanda Pinkins; her siblings-in-law, Sharon Ann Pinkins, Vanessa Mackey, Emile Robertson, Lynn Smith and Eric Williams; and her father-in-law Eric Mackey Sr.. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
