She is survived by: her husband Kevin Carter of Belmont, LA; her children, Cody Carter of Belmont, LA and Riley Carter of Belmont, LA; her granddaughter Kaislee Carter of Belmont, LA; and her siblings, Tina Lovell of Benton, AR, Cheryl Burnett of Sheridan, AR, Eileen Rivero of Pleasant Hill, LA and Gerald Powell of Prattsville, AR. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
