He was predeceased by: his mother Marylin Baxley of Bentley; his grandparents, Clyde, Essie Baxley, Lena Mae Chandler, Marlon Leon Smith and D. L. "Leathon" Chandler; his siblings, Harlan Baxley and Laura Baxley; and his nephew Jacob Michael Baxley.
He is survived by: his father Wilton Baxley; his wife Angela Baxley; his sons, Caleb (Pearlie), Reuben, Levy Baxley and Tony; his granddaughters, Haili, Alyssa and Brae; and his siblings, Janna Antilley (David) and Byron Baxley (Kim). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 13th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Oak Grove Baptist Church. A graveside service was held on Tuesday, January 13th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Oak Grove Cemetery.
