She is survived by: her children, Trisha McMillan, Debbie, Lex Webb, Alan and Judy Formby; her grandchildren, Kresta Folse, Stephanie, David Macaluso, Sam Condon, Hallie, David Horn, Maggie Flowers, Julie Todd-Hunter, Joey, Kiron Flowers, Brian, Gulia Formby, Erin Formby, Laura Formby and Kim Smith; her great grandchildren, Dawn Marie Sharp, Ashtyn, Eric Castleberry, Dustin, Haley Folse, Todd, Trent Macaluso, Ellie Folse, Riley, Reed Horn, Archer Condon, Kayesun Smith, Lyla, Asher, Miles, Max Formby, August, Elliott Todd-Hunter, Elodie and Eloise Flowers; and her great great grandchildren, Cameron, Addie Sharp, Maddie Darnell and Asher Castleberry.
