He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Miciotto and Bridget Miciotto; his siblings, Nellie Miciotto, Sammy, Joe, Tony, Andrew and Gus Miciotto; his son-in-law David D. Clark; and his grandson Carey A. Clark.

He is survived by: his wife Rose Watts Miciotto; his children, Mary Nell Clark, Cynthia M, John C. Miciotto, Jr. and Christopher J. Miciotto, MD (Katie MD); his grandchildren, Camille Jones (Tom) of Caroline Cobb, DDS, Madeline, Brittney, Madison and Matt Miciotto (Dakota); his great grandchildren, Annabelle Jones, Abbey Jones, Lily Jones, David Clark Rimmer, Kollins and Kollyer Miciotto; and his caregivers, Virginia Howard, Dorothy Kemp, Carol Capers, Kay Sandra Fuller, Gladys Walker, Carla Howard and Doris Howard. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
