He was predeceased by: his parents, D. E. "Gene" Allen and Jeanette Byers Allen; his brother Ken Allen; and his son Michael Ray Allen, Jr.. He is survived by: his daughter Michelle Allen Guillen of Las Vegas, Nevada; his grandchildren, Titus Guillen and Lily Allen; his wife Sangi Allen of Benton, Louisiana; his sister Karen O'Dell of Hope; and his nephew Allen O'Dell. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
