He was predeceased by: his former wife Alice R. Oliver; his parents, Samuel Enis Oliver and Alma Josephine Rogers Tabor; his daughter Suzette Marie Oliver; and his siblings, Jeanette Tubbs and Bill Tabor.
He is survived by: his spouse Café; his children, Michele Oliver Maxey (Reggie), Terry Joe Oliver (Shirley) and Christopher Lane Oliver (Chas); his siblings, June Cantrell (Randy) and Paxton Oliver; his grandchildren, Paul Oliver (Winter), Keith Oliver, Ashlie Martin (Jim), Mark Maxey, Nick Maxey, Devin Bradshaw, Grace DeCou (Michael) and Beaux Oliver; his great grandchildren, Lexi Frasier (Tanner), Lane Oliver, Keeton Oliver, Rylie Ann Martin, Allie Jo Martin, Trey Martin, Logan Bradshaw, Kennedy Bradshaw, Parker Bradshaw and Michael DeCou, III; and his great great grandchildren, Lennon Frasier and Addie Frasier. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (502 US-167, Bernice, LA 71222). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at the Mt. Patrick Cemetery.
