He was predeceased by : his parents, Raymond Lee and Beatrice Lee; and his siblings, Bobby Lee and JoAnn Lee Holt. He is survived by : his wife Patrice Smith Lee; his daughters, Amy Scriber (Greg) and Jana Comstock (Chad); his granddaughters, Mackenzie Ward (Matt) and Daryn Scriber; his great grandchild Jase Ward; and his sister Lola Faye Walker. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
