He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace Neal and Mary Morris Neal; and his sisters, Gloria Neal Odom, Rose Neal Tucker and Allie Faye Neal Taylor.
He is survived by: his wife Nelda Neal; his children, Tammy Porter (Bobby), Ronda Roberts (Milton), John Neal (Julie) and Kelby Neal (Mercy); his grandchildren, Samantha Guinta (Nick), Lily Danielle Porter, Caleb Neal Roberts (Emily), Joli Lee (Bruce), John Wesley Neal (Brittany), Jase Neal, Brianna Caitlin Neal, Lily Morgan Neal and Sadie Reagan Neal; and his great grandchildren, Porter William Guinta, Archer Nicholas Guinta, Brooke Roberts, Gatlyn Neal, Hailey Lee, Shelby Lee and Gabriel Lee.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 10th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the First Baptist Church of Farmerville (400 N Main St, Farmerville, LA 71241). A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
