He was predeceased by: his parents, Effie Mae Dobson (Couldle) and Melvin Sr. Dobson; and his brother Carroll Dobson. He is survived by: his wife Connie Dobson; his children, James Shipley (Jessica) and Kassie Hutchison (Chris); his grandchildren, Brandon, Ariel, Gracie, Maddie and Kayden; and his brother Robert Dobson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and many dear friends.
