With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Virginia Elease Bailey of Bernice, Louisiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 22, 2024 at the age of 82. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Virginia Elease Bailey to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Marvin Roberts and Virginia Roberts; her husbands, James Billy Lemmon and Harold Dean Bailey; and her brother Tommy Roberts.

She is survived by : her nephew Dennis Temple; her sister Eloise "Sis" Temple (Jim) of Crossett, AR; her nephew Jeff Temple (Cheryl) of White Hall, AR; her niece Beth Jones of Bernice, LA; and her friend Norma Savage. She is also survived by numerous other nieces, nephews, family members, and friends.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Abundant Life Holiness Church (537 Hwy 167, Bernice, LA 71222). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers honoring Elease, her family request memorials be made to Abundant Life Holiness Church Building Fund, 537 Hwy 167, Bernice, LA 71222.
