He is survived by : his wife Edna Mae Foust; his sons, Dale Foust (Elizabeth), Michael Foust (Keri), Brad Foust and Justin Foust; his siblings, Rodney Foust (Jane), Porky Foust (Kandi), Jackie Nugent (Kenny), Darlene Tidwell (Robert) and Sandy Ferguson; his stepmother Diane Foust; and his grandchildren, Victoria, Ellizabeth, Amber, Katie, Blaine, Carson, Kristen, Layton, Isabelle, Adam, Kensly and Levi.
