It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Parro Bella of Berwick, Louisiana, born in Franklin, Louisiana, who passed away on September 5, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Alexander Parro Sr. and Mabel Hebert Parro; her brothers, Alexander Parro Jr. (Billie), Ernest "Shot" Parro Jr. (Carolyn) and Percy Parro; and her parents-in-law, Loretta and Joseph Bella.
She is survived by : her children, Marsha Bella Zulick of Natchitoches, Chad Bella Sr. (Melinda) of Lafayette, Blaise Bella (Valerie) of Berwick and Bridget Bella Poleman (Craig) of Shreveport; her siblings, Herbert (Elaine), Donald Parro (Betsy) and Dianne Parro Robicheaux (Ray); her former life partner Vincent J. Bella; and her grandchildren, Richard L. Zulick (Denise), Kristen Zulick Dulin (Brian), David Cardinale (April), Chad Bella Jr. (Keaten), Samantha Bella, Blair Bella Greene (Josh), Beth Bella, Micaela Beach (Nathan), Sara Bella, Blaise J. Bella and Taylor Poleman. She is also survived by 20 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
